Nikita Shukla is a second-year Master in Public Policy student at the Harvard Kennedy School. She’s a research assistant at Data-Smart City Solutions and hopes to use this work to inform subnational diplomacy at the federal level in her future career as a Foreign Service Officer. Prior to starting at Harvard, Nikita served as a senior data associate at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), where she supported health workforce scale-up and national strategic plans for Ministries of Health in Malawi and Ethiopia.
