Assistant Director Of Operations, The People Lab
This position is ideal for candidates with seven+ years of operations experience, with ideally some experience in a research and/or academic setting. The Assistant Director of Operations will work closely with the Faculty and Executive Directors to craft the operational infrastructure of the Lab over the course of a one-year appointment. Working closely with members of the Bloomberg Center for Cities and Harvard Kennedy School administrative team, the employee will be responsible for developing processes across HR, research administration, finance, communications, and facilities and events.
