The Bloomberg Center for Cities seeks a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic Administration and Finance team. The Admin Coordinator will provide HR, operational & administrative support for the Bloomberg Center for Cities, working in close collaboration with the Manager & Senior Associate for Finance and Administration.
The Project Manager manages planning, operations, and administrative support for various student engagement activities in the Bloomberg Center for Cities. The role plays a critical coordinating function across recruitment, selection, placements, and program operations, most prominently for the Bloomberg Harvard City Hall Fellowship, and supports the continued growth of student-facing initiatives across Harvard.
The Senior Research Associate will take a leading role in co-designing and executing studies aligned with this research agenda, building a field of study at the intersection of organizational behavior, public management, and urban studies, and producing research that generates actionable insights for practitioners and high-impact academic publications.
Professor Matthew Lee is seeking a full-time Research Associate, with a preference for a two-year appointment. This role is a particularly good fit for candidates considering a PhD or other research career path in the management of organizations, whether in a school of public policy, business school, or disciplinary department (i.e., sociology, economics). In this role, you will work closely with Professor Lee and his collaborators at the Harvard Kennedy School. Professor Lee’s research examines the strategies of social-mission driven organizations and their impact on society.
Reporting to the Program Director of the ReBuild Initiative, the Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of high-level administrative support with accuracy, discretion, and good judgement. Building from previous administrative experience, the role will balance administrative management, program coordination, and communications responsibilities.
This position will work closely with a diverse team of scholars who are passionate about conducting collaborative, applied, data-driven research on key priorities in government. This position will be tasked with leading, managing, and executing the core administrative and financial operations required for The People Lab to run effectively and to scale.
