Collaboration Track Evaluation Summer Associate

Project Description:

Each year ten cities participate in a 9-month “track” focused on building city’s capacity for cross-boundary collaboration. In addition to gaining skills and frameworks, each team works on a specific challenge facing their city. Throughout the track, teams work through a process where they gain a deeper understanding of the problem, develop an action plan, and engage in four iterations to make progress on the plan. By the end of the track most teams have made significant progress on their chosen project.

The Collaboration Track Evaluation Summer Associate will tell the impact story of each of the ten cities who complete the collaboration track in June 2024. Storytelling involves three distinct phases: information gathering, identifying the story/narrative for each city, and documenting the story in a compelling format for specific use.
