Nathania Silalahi, a Master in Public Policy student at the Harvard Kennedy School, is a research assistant at the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative. Prior to graduate school, Nathania served in the Special Staff Office of the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research & Technology, where she specialized in higher education. She is committed to improving public service delivery in developing countries, particularly in the policy areas of education, labor, and social protection. Nathania has also completed internships in think tanks and consulting, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy, politics, and economics from the University of Oxford.
