Rachel Keathley is a Research Assistant for the Culture and Politics project at the Bloomberg Center for Cities. She is supporting Anthony Foxx in the buildout of a center focused on the renewal of democracy through cultural events. She is a current MPA student at the Harvard Kennedy School, concentrating on international and global affairs with an expected graduation date of 2025. She is also a dual MBA degree candidate with the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Prior to graduate school, she was a consultant at Bain & Co in Houston within the energy practice, and completed a Fulbright grant in Mexico City, Mexico where she worked for Endeavor supporting entrepreneurs. She is a native of Austin, Texas and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University. In her free time, she enjoys running, cooking, and exploring new art hobbies.
