Kristen Stelljes is a Senior Fellow at the Bloomberg Center for Cities at Harvard University and the Vice President, Learning, Operations, & Organizational Effectiveness at the Northeast Clean Energy Council. Previous to this position she served as COVID-19 Incident Commander for the City of Somerville and was the Director of SomerStat, the Mayor’s Office for Innovation and Analytics. She was also a Program Officer in the Hewlett Foundation’s Global Development & Population Program, focused on evidence-informed policymaking and a USAID Global Health Fellow at the Packard Foundation, supporting the monitoring and evaluation efforts of their population, health, and environment grantees in Ethiopia.

Kristen started her career at Management Sciences for Health, where she supported health professionals in developing countries to strengthen their leadership and management skills with a focus on change management, strategic planning, and monitoring and evaluation.
