Jocelyn Shek is a first-year student at Harvard College studying sociology and statistics. Her interests lie at the intersection of urban policy, technology, and sociopolitical thought, with a focus on quantitative methods. She serves as an Undergraduate Fellow for the Harvard Kennedy School program in Science, Technology, and Society; a participant in the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society’s spring 2024 research sprint focused on visualizing Boston’s urban spaces using open data; and a content lead for the Harvard Undergraduate Open Data Project.
