About
Allison Baroni is the faculty assistant to Dr. Kimberlyn Leary at the Harvard Kennedy School, where she provides high-level administrative support, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and operational logistics. With a background in the nonprofit and public policy sectors, Allison brings a process-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to supporting faculty and navigating institutional systems.
She holds a master’s degree in theology and religious studies and a bachelor’s degree in peace and justice, both from Villanova University. Outside of work, she enjoys studying psychological anthropology and exploring Boston’s bookstores, restaurants, and hiking trails with her fiancé.
