About
Alice is a PhD candidate in public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. Her research focuses on how social policy and program design impact the health, education, and labor market outcomes of parents and children. Before starting her PhD, Alice provided technical assistance to several of Rhode Island’s health and human services agencies as a fellow and research lead at the Government Performance Lab, where she maintains an affiliation. She started her career in the UK as a secondary school mathematics teacher. Alice holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School.
