About
Alice Duncan-Graves is a Research Assistant for the Collaboration Track and the Talent Management program. She has been interested in local and state government work for the last decade because decisions made at this level have a direct impact on our daily lives. She spent the five years prior to HKS working for the city of San Francisco in multiple positions from Staff Auditor in the Controller’s Office to Principal Analyst at the San Francisco Housing Authority.
Alice holds a bachelor’s degree in political, legal and economic analysis from Mills College and is currently pursuing a Master in Public Policy degree at HKS focusing on the intersection of data-informed decisions and policy implementation.
