Nidhi Nair is a Master in Public Policy candidate at Harvard Kennedy School. She is interested in state and local government and domestic economic policy, with a focus on business attraction. As a Bloomberg Harvard Summer Fellow, she worked for the city of Hartford on one of the largest shared service initiatives in New England. Previously, Nidhi worked at the Brookings Institution, the Albright Stonebridge Group, and the UC Berkeley Labor Center.
Nidhi spent a year in Beijing as a Schwarzman Scholar, where she received a Master of Management Science in global affairs at Tsinghua University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics-statistics and economics from the University of Connecticut.
