Ginny served as the White House senior adviser for technology and delivery, working across policy councils and federal agencies to improve outcomes with data, design, and AI. Ginny was the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative’s vice president and managing director for justice and opportunity and the United States Digital Service founding director of product, policy and procurement. Ginny led the Google Public Sector engineering organization and was inspired by her time as a Harvard Kennedy School Institute of Politics Fellow.
