Roxie is currently a Research Associate with Professor Matthew Lee, where she supports various research projects. She has cultivated a strong interest in enhancing organizational efficiency and understanding customer responses to strategic initiatives through her experience in both the nonprofit and e-commerce sectors.
Roxie holds a Master in Business Administration from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Tsinghua University. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing international Latin and Chinese classical dance.
