Erica Sprott is a second-year Ph.D. student in public policy. Her research examines how market structure and policy design shape environmental and urban outcomes, with a particular focus on how cities can adapt to climate change.
Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and applied statistics from the University of Virginia and previously worked as a predoctoral research fellow at Opportunity Insights. Originally from Bainbridge Island, Washington, she enjoys playing volleyball and piano in her free time.
