The Responsive Cities Network, a newly-formed collaboration between 10 U.S. cities, the Data-Smart City Solutions program, and the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, seeks a Service Innovation Fellow to strengthen city capacity for diagnosing and improving service delivery. Working as an embedded member of city government, the Fellow will coordinate cross-departmental teams to identify root causes of service challenges, test data- and AI-enabled solutions, develop tools that make city data more accessible, facilitate city-community partnerships, and enhance analytical capacity.
