Ellison Richardson is a Du Bois Scholar Research Fellow at The People Lab and a student at Howard University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in political science and Afro-American Studies. His research focuses on racial equity and evidence adoption, particularly determining existing strategies that would be most relevant to cities and counties from existing clearing-houses.
Prior to joining The People Lab, his experience includes serving as a White House Intern, U.S. Supreme Court Intern, and Fulbright-Hays Fellow through the University of Pennsylvania in South Africa studying Zulu language, culture, and governance.
