Before coming to HKS and The People Lab, Caroline was a Program Manager and Associate Advisor at the Behavioral Insights Team where she managed BIT’s federal portfolio of work and used applied behavioral science to strengthen government social protection programs. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics from St. Olaf College and completed The General Course, a year long undergraduate program at the London School of Economics.
