About

Yasmine gained experience in program evaluation and data analysis as a program evaluator at William James College (WJC), a graduate school of psychology. During her time there, Yasmine designed and administered surveys, conducted statistical analyses, and translated quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable insights for program improvement. In her role prior to WJC, Yasmine supported academic operations at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she coordinated faculty merit and promotion cases and maintained institutional data across multiple platforms.

Yasmine holds a Master of Arts in education with an emphasis in policy, program evaluation, and research methods from the UC Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor of Arts in political science, also from UC Santa Barbara. In her free time, Yasmine enjoys spending time outside, cycling, and trying new restaurants.
