Heather brings over eight years of financial and grants management to this role. She worked previously as a coordinator with Harvard Global Support Services and a grant administrator with the Center for International Development (CID), Evidence for Policy Design. While at CID, Heather was promoted from within to grants and finance manager before transitioning to this position.
A native of Maine, Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and French from the University of Southern Maine and a Master of Science in international relations from Trinity College Dublin.
